Italian Macarons

There are a few methods to make macarons, but Sweetestry takes absolute pride in using the Italian method. While this method is known to be more complex, they produce more structurally sound and sweeter macaron shells.  Their chewy texture combined with sweet filling are perfectly balanced. All of our macaron shells are made using almonds, egg whites and sugar, and can be completely customized to any color palette and filling flavor for you to enjoy.

Birthday Cake

White brigadeiro (Brazilian fudge) infused with Birthday cake flavoring and sprinkles.

Chocolate Brigadeiro (Brazilian Fudge)

Delicious chocolate brigadeiro filling.

Cookies n' Cream

White chocolate ganache sprinkled with crushed Oreo cookies. * not gluten free, but GF Oreos are available upon request*

 

Espresso

Swiss meringue buttercream with a punch of espresso powder and coffee.

Fruity Pebbles

Vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream with loads of crushed fruity pebbles.

Lemon Meringue

Silky lemon curd buttercream.

Piña Colada

Pineapple gelée hugged by a ring of coconut ganache with sprinkled shredded coconut.

Raspberry

Raspberry gelée hugged by a ring of raspberry swiss meringue buttercream.

Salted Caramel

Salted caramel buttercream with a spoon of fresh salted caramel in the middle.

Strawberry ganache.

Vanilla

Swiss meringue buttercream with pure vanilla bean.
