There are a few methods to make macarons, but Sweetestry takes absolute pride in using the Italian method. While this method is known to be more complex, they produce more structurally sound and sweeter macaron shells. Their chewy texture combined with sweet filling are perfectly balanced. All of our macaron shells are made using almonds, egg whites and sugar, and can be completely customized to any color palette and filling flavor for you to enjoy.
